Some e-mail providers (Hotmail, specifically) seem to automatically reject the password recovery messages sent out by this system. If you do not get your message within a reasonable time (20 minutes or so), try your request again. If you still don't get a message, contact the administrator of the server (BlueCrab) via Discord or the forum.
